- Where are my sessions stored?
- On your client record at the clinic, the moment your payment clears. Keep the confirmation email as your receipt — our team can always look up your balance.
- How do I use a session?
- Just book an eligible treatment or come in — our team applies a session for you at your visit, with nothing to pay for that appointment. Each visit uses one session.
- When does it expire?
- 12 months from purchase. Unused sessions expire after that, so book ahead.
