Appointments
Appointments are booked for the service, provider, and time selected. Radiance may recommend a different treatment plan after consultation if the requested service is not suitable for your skin, medical history, goals, or timing.
Cancellations and no-shows
Please contact the clinic as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellation and no-show terms shown during booking apply to the appointment. The clinic may require deposits or limit future online booking after repeated no-shows.
Refunds
Refund handling depends on the service, product, package, payment method, and whether treatment or product use has already occurred. Radiance reviews refund requests case by case and processes approved payment refunds through the original payment provider when possible.
Gift cards and packages
General stored-value gift cards do not expire by default. Service packages may have package-specific terms, usage rules, or expiry where legally permitted and clearly disclosed at purchase.
Beautifi financing
Beautifi financing is provided by Beautifi through its hosted application process. Approval, financing terms, and payment obligations are handled by Beautifi, not by Radiance's website checkout.
